I’ve had a really terrible past week, mentally and physically. Saturday morning, I realized it and am working on getting back on track.
Saturday:
Coffee, Whole Wheat Turkey Wrap w/ Fruit, 2 Whole Wheat Bread w/ 1TBSP PB & 1 TBSP Jam, Kashi Cereal w/ 1/2C Soy Milk 1/2 Banana.
Sunday: Coffee, 1/2 Burrito w/Salad and chips, 1 C WW Goldfish, Coffee again later I assume. <—...
