I’ve had a really terrible past week, mentally and physically. Saturday morning, I realized it and am working on getting back on track.
Saturday:
Coffee, Whole Wheat Turkey Wrap w/ Fruit, 2 Whole Wheat Bread w/ 1TBSP PB & 1 TBSP Jam, Kashi Cereal w/ 1/2C Soy Milk 1/2 Banana.

8:30 A.M.: 20 Minute Thigh/Glute Work Out
Breakfast: 1/2 C Malt-o-Meal with Orange, Nuts
Lunch: Salad (Toppings: Carrots, Black Olives, Edamame, Cucumber), 1/2 C. Canned Fruit, Nuts
Snack: Orange, Protein Bar, “Raw- Carob Brownie (nuts/agave necture with carob powder)”
Workout: Ran 2 miles (Gym and Back) and did one heck of a quad/hamstring/calf workout!

I haven’t had a chance to post this past week too much. I’m thankful I had this week off of school, but it didn’t do me too well as far as diet goes. I did all right…
Sun-Wed I managed to do both cardio and weights. Thursday I did a fast so I didn’t work out and friday I just walked for an hour outside at a moderately fast pace.

Not really happy with myself this week. Not at all…. :( its hard to stay positive when I don’t even feel comfortable walking out of my house or talking to anyone.

Dinner: hopefully just fruit. I feel pretty disappointed in my food so far today even though I know t wasn’t completely awful… I’ll update more later!

Morning workout: Run 3 min at 6.0, walk 2 at 4.0 - repeat 9 times
Breakfast: apple with 2 tbsp pb
Lunch: salad w/ gingerbread muffin
Dinner: plain popcorn and banana

Great news! It’s the end of my first week and I lost a total of 2.5 pounds! I was only anticipating 1-2 pounds :)! Doing cardio and weights everyday, eating healthy and getting proper sleep pays off. :)
Here is today’s meals so far:
Breakfast: whole wheat bagel, 4 strawberries and 2 egg whites
Workout: 40 minute run with lower body weights.
Post work out snack: apple with tbsp pb....

Ive been extremely busy here lately. Finally on spring break. Woo hoo!
March 16:
Woke up late, so only had time to grab a protein bar!
Missed lunch hours … ( haha friday went all wrong) ended up having protein bar, 2 tbsp of pb and some carrots.
Dinner I had some crackers, a grilled-vegan “cheese” sandwich with strawberries.
Workout: 40 minute run/walk outside

Slept in today, unfortunately. Wasn’t able to do my cardio like I had planned, but did manage to do a workout from 1:10-2:00. It was mostly strength training, not optimum but better than nothing. Here is what I ate today:
9:00 Protein bar
10:30 Grapes
3:00 Salad, Orange, Apple, 2 TBSP Peanut Butter
7:10 Salad, PB+J (1 Slice Whole Wheat Toast), Cup of Pineapple

Although, I did do cardio and ate OKAY….overate and had a desert :(

Workout: 40 Minutes Interval Treadmill Cardio, 20 Minutes Lower Body Weights
Breakfast: Yogurt with blueberries and granola mixed in.
Pre/Post Workout-Snack: Soy Yogurt with Granola Bar
Workout: 20 Minutes Zumba, 20 Min Core/Ab Body Resistance Workout
Lunch: Salad, Hummus with Carrots, 2 thin slices of pita bread
